The big difference in my own personal opinion is that the Fender 2 pts are -MUCH- easier to setup than a Floyd. Yes, a well set up Floyd will stay in tune under even the heaviest whammy bar use and they are typically very smooth handling but it's been my experience that Floyds are a serious b*tch to get setup properly. Setting up a 2 pt Fender trem on the other hand isn't really all the different from setting up a traditional 6 point.
As far as "feel" goes...I think a lot of that depends on your playing style. With either a Floyd Rose or a Kahler, you have -A LOT- more bridge under your right hand as your playing (assuming you're a righty of course) and for some folks, this can and does get in the way. Also, some folks like the floating action of a FR where as some folks prefer a traditional Strat trem (2 or 6 pt) pulled all the way back.
Again though, it just comes down to preference. If you've played a Floyd and don't like them, even a 2 pt Fender trem will probably feel better to you and chances are you're not going to notice -that- much of a difference between the 2 pt and the 6 pt.

My advice to you is to stop obsessing over the trem, and make the guitar the central point of your scrutiny. The trem is just an ingredient, the guitar is the recipe; play them all and take the one that speaks to you.

Lomitus, Thanks for the reply, I'm glad the Fender 2 point is easier to set up and I hope not as touchy as the floyd.
Joelski, you're right about the feel, but the Charvel I had with the Floyd had a great neck and played well but, I couldn't get used to the touchiness of the floyd. Picked up a bad habit of resting my hand on the bridge from playing my first good guitar ( a Les Paul ). Playing the Strat the way it was set up resting on the bridge wasn't a problem, but with the Charvel it was even with 4 springs on it, plus it seems I can do bigger bends on the Strat without knocking the other strings out of tune, not so with the Charvel.
