The Made in Japan Limited Hybrid II Stratocaster® Sandblasted is a Fender Online Exclusive model based on the Made in Japan Hybrid II series, which incorporates almighty modern specifications that are suitable for any player or musical genre while maintaining the vintage look. The body is made of selected ash wood and has been sandblasted.

The sandblasting process brings out the strong grain of the ash, giving it a heavy and luxurious look.

Equipped with Hybrid II Custom Voiced Single Coil pickups, a two-point tremolo system with vintage style saddles, vintage locking tuners, a satin-finished neck, a modern "C"-shaped fingerboard with a 9.5-inch radius, and medium jumbo frets that are wider and taller than the regular Hybrid II series, it provides even more comfortable playability.
