From late-night and daytime sets to in-studio visits and digital exclusives, Fender in Focus gathers the best of the week's performances from Fender players.

This week: The Pretenders, Green Day, OK Go and Panic! at the Disco.

Green Day: "Bang Bang"

Green Day stopped by The Late Late Show with James Cordon for a sizzling performance of "Bang Bang" from their recently released album, Revolution Road. Bassist Mike Dirnt laid down the low end with his signature Road Worn Precision Bass piped through a roaring Bassman 800 and twin Bassman 610 Neo cabinets.

OK Go: "The One Moment"

Pop pranksters OK Go laid down an energetic performance of "The One Moment" from their 2014 album Hungry Ghosts on the set of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Singer/guitarist Damian Kulash bashed on a Jazzmaster while bassist Tim Nordwind was riding low on his Precision Bass.

The Pretenders: “Holy Communion”

Chrissie Hynde released Alone, her first album with the Pretenders in eight years, earlier this year with an assist from the Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach on production. The duo met up again last week on Colbert for the single “Holy Communion", during which Hynde playeed her light blue Telecaster, guitarist James Walbourne riffed away on his Strat and bassist Nick Wilkinson held things down with his Precision Bass.

Panic! at the Disco: “Starboy” by the Weeknd and Daft Punk

Panic! at the Disco has shown they can put out soaring pop anthems led by frontman Brendon Urie's prodigious vocal acrobatics, but they recently toned things down with an understated spin on the Weeknd's collaboration with Daft Punk, "Starboy". Stopping into BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge, the quartet gave it a dreamy feel with Urie lightly picking on the piano and Dallon Weekes' smoky bassline.
