From late-night and daytime sets to in-studio visits and digital exclusives, Fender in Focus gathers the best of the week's performances from Fender players.

This week: Jimmy Eat World, Warpaint, Dawes and Conor Oberst.

Promoting their new album, Integrity Blues, Arizona rockers Jimmy Eat World were in classic form when they dropped in on Jimmy Kimmel Live with the new single, “Sure and Certain.” Check them out above, and don’t miss frontman Jim Adkins on his signature JA-90 Telecaster Thinline.

Los Angeles’ Warpaint also has a new album out. The quartet showcased some fresh tracks from their third effort, Head's Up, with an in-studio set for Seattle station KEXP. Songs included “Whiteout,” “No Way Out,” “New Song” and the 2014 jam “Disco/Very.”

Watch Warpaint in action with Theresa Wayman on her Mustang and Emily Kokal on her Jaguar.

It would be weird to see Dawes frontman Taylor Goldsmith without a Telecaster, and that’s just what he chose when he popped into Santa Monica, Calif., station KCRW to perform a few of their latest gems. One of those was the lead single off 2016’s We’re All Gonna Die, “When the Tequila Runs Out.”

Conor Oberst largely used an acoustic guitar, piano and harmonica for his latest album, Ruminations, but he was joined by a Fender Bass VI for his recent spot on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Performing in a starry atmosphere underneath dangling Edison bulbs, Oberst and his guitarist turned in a mesmerizing performance of “Gossamer Thin”.
