The Fender® American Ultra II Meteora® features a select alder body with sculpted body contours. For effortless playability, the quartersawn maple neck features our Modern D profile and smooth Ultra Satin finish. Ebony or quartersawn maple 10”-14” compound radius fingerboards feature Ultra rolled edges, medium-jumbo frets, Luminlay® side dots and Graph Tech® TUSQ® nuts. The tapered neck heel and sculpted body contours allow unparalleled access to the higher register.
Under the hood, a pair of Haymaker™ humbuckers deliver everything from sweet cleans to modern crunch and searing leads, all without a hint of hum. Our patented S-1™ switch cleverly splits the Haymakers for even more tonal variety, and you can further sculpt your tone with both conventional master tone control plus a carefully voiced bass cut knob. Additional road-ready features include 6-saddle string-through-body hardtail with polished stainless steel block saddles, deluxe locking tuners, knurled aluminum knobs and 1-ply anodized aluminum pickguard.

Built for speed, comfort and facility, the 10”-14” compound-radius fingerboard is rounded near the nut, becoming increasingly flatter as it nears the upper register. Luminlay® glow-in the-dark side dots provide exceptional visibility even on the darkest stages while “Ultra” rolled fingerboard edges and a silky, smooth “Ultra” satin finish make the neck effortless to play.
HAYMAKER™ HUMBUCKERS, ADVANCED ELECTRONICS AND S-1™ SWITCHING
Equipped with the Haymaker™ humbuckers, this calibrated set is crafted with Alnico V Bar Magnets and specialized winds for powerful, expressive and articulate tones that are full of life. The neck pickups sings and swings with a refined and vintage-inspired voice while the bridge position packs screaming hot output and palpable punch for everything from sparkling snap to rowdy crunch and incendiary leads. Our patented S-1™ switch splits the Haymaker™ humbuckers for even more tonal variety, while the treble bleed circuit maintains your highs at any volume. Alongside conventional master volume and master tone controls, you can further sculpt your tone with a carefully voiced bass cut knob.
